We will aim to deliver your order within the estimated timeframes provided. However, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. Please note that we are closed on Wednesday’s and Thursday’s so this will affect the time schedule for when the goods are despatched by two days but we aim to despatch same day on normal working hours.
9. Returns and Refunds
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Returned in original packaging
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
